Eva Marcille and former husband, Michael Sterling’s divorce has just been finalized. According to documents obtained by Radar Online, their divorce agreement had been signed on August 3rd.
Both Marcille and Sterling waived their right to alimony or spousal support with no child support being requested from the reality star’s end. They have also worked out a private custody agreement for their sons 5-year-old Michael and 3-year-old Maverick.
Both had been given their retirement and bank accounts restored to them individually. Eva first filed for divorce March of this year after 4 years of marriage, citing that their marriage was “irretrievably broken” and that there are “no prospects for a reconciliation,” as said in court documents obtained by Page Six.
Speaking with Big Tigger and his morning show, she shared what he new focus was and how it felt to be single.
“It is new, I’m almost a decade off the market, so it’s different, but my focus [is] my kids,” she shared.
