In the most recent update between Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, it appears that Kim, has spoken where she says that the two are fine and are living together and are having martial relations.
She is currently seeking to get their divorce case thrown out due to this fact. According to documents obtained by PEOPLE, she filed the motion to dismiss Kroy Biermann’s recent divorce filing, as he cited that their marriage is “irretrievably broken” but Kim stated that their recent intimacy is proof that what he stated in his filing was false.
The documents further state that his petition for divorce “should be dismissed” as the “marital relations” between them “demonstrates that the marriage is, or was at some point viable after the filing,” therefore “proving that the allegations of the marriage being irretrievably broken are demonstrably false.”
Biermann field for divorce a second time after the two had been said to reconcile. He was also seeking the request to sell their home and split profits to be able to pay debts.
