It has been reported that Tory Lanez’s request to receive bail has been denied before a judge. According to legal documents obtained by Meghann Cuniff, Lanez will have to serve his sentencing inside.
“Appellant has not shown that the superior court unjustifiably denied relief or otherwise shown by clear and convincing evidence entitlement to relief,” the document reads.

Back on September 14, Lanez and his lawyer intially requested for bail which had been denied, This came after his formal sentencing of 10 years in prison back in August. He is currently serving his time in North Kern State Prison in Delano, Calif.
