After the two have reached a settlement, it appears that the case has been officially dismissed in court. According to TMZ, the lawsuit has been dismissed as of November 20th in a New York courthouse.
Just this past week, Cassie, full name Cassie Ventura had filed for the lawsuit where shocking revelations regarding Diddy had been discovered between their relationship that revealed that the mogul sexually assaulted, physically abused and sex trafficked the singer.
In the lawsuit, Cassie sought for $30 million in damages for everything she endured within her relationship as she also threatened to release a book detailing about everything that transpired within their relationship even further. Due to being able to settle outside of court and the settlement being reached a day after the lawsuit had been filed means that Cassie cannot further pursue the lawsuit or case.
