It looks like basketball player Draymond Green is in the hot seat after he engaged in a fight that led to him choking Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert and putting him in a chokehold. The fight took place when Klay Thompson and Jaden McDaniels were both going for the rebound position which led to both grabbing each others’ jersey.
Gobert stepped in in an attempt to pull Thompson off Gobert which led to Draymond Green putting him in a chokehold. The NBA has made the decision to suspend him for five games without pay due to his  “history of unsportsmanlike acts.”
ESPN reports that Green will have to forfeit $769,970 due to his suspension. Players Klay Thompson, Jaden McDaniels, and Gobert will also be fined $25,000 for their involvement in the fight.
