Moguls Master P and Snoop Dogg are suing Walmart and Post Consumer Brands after the two have stated that the companies have allegedly hidden the cereal boxes along with falsely saying that the cereals were out of stock. Master P took to his Instagram to share a video regarding the situation where he shown different Walmart stores not stocking the cereal.
“Can’t hide the truth, we came along way from the back of the 🚎 bus, now it’s time for change in corporate America @snoopcereal @snoopdogg @attorneycrump” he wrote in the caption.

Walmart has released a statement where they said: a “strong history of supporting entrepreneurs” and “many factors affect the sales of any given product”, where as Post said “We were equally disappointed that consumer demand did not meet expectations.”
The two had created their food company titled Broadus Foods in 2022 that centers around pancake mix, breakfast cereals, syrup and more. The brand carries cereals such as “Fruity Hoops with Marshmallows” “Frosted Drizzlers” and “Cinnamon Toasteez.”
As of now the two are seeking a jury trial, damages exceeding $50,000 that will cover the cost of the lawsuit, attorney fees and “further relief determined by the Court.”
