It looks like things have gotten quite complex in the YSL RICO trial as defense attorney Nicole Fegan who represented one of the defendants, Tenquarius Mender has just been arrested. According to WSBTV, Fegan had been arrested Friday afternoon after information had been released of Fegan reportedly contacting a suspect involving a 2022 shooting in Atlanta.
Fegan had contacted the suspect notifying the person of his active warrants for his arrest, and telling the suspect to “dispose of his phone as police were going to arrest him.” As of now, Fegan has been released from jail on bond of $40,000.
Nicole Fegan representing YSL Tenquarius Mender, was able to get his case severed from Young Thug due to her maternity leave and being pregnant in May 2023. There is currently no information on how this will effect the ongoing trial.
