As of recently, singer/actor Tyrese has made claims against home improvement store, Home Depot where he shared that he had experienced racial discrimination at a Los Angeles store. Home Depot now, however has responded back to his claims where they adamantly deny his claims and state that he was the one in the wrong.
In new legal documents obtained by TMZ, Home Depot stated that Tyrese went in the store where he purchased some items that were scanned by a cashier until he went back to shop for more items. After 25 minutes it led for the cashier to clear the transaction. The franchise says that they reviewed surveillance to which shown that Tyrese did not speak face to face with any of the cashiers.
Tyrese previously stated that computer glitched caused problems that led to fans beginning to recognize him, leading to him being uncomfortable and going back to his vehicle. He also stated that he informed the cashier that two of his associates would finish the transaction with his credit card and of his instructions as he left and got the approval that he would be outside while completing the purchase.
He is still currently seeking $1 million dollars from the store.
