Tory Lanez and his legal team are not giving up and are fighting hard within his case for him to receive bail. In recent news, legal reporter Meghann Cuniff has reported that Lanez (born Daystar Peterson) has filed a motion for bail pending appeal.
She also stated that he most likely won’t receive bail as his motion from last month had also been denied. He had requested to be under house arrest in a Los Angeles home, but will be looking to serve his 10-year sentence.
He is currently being held at in Delano California’s North Kern State Prison where he reported last month that he was “scared for his life” inside due to murders happening at the location.
