TORICA is an American singer-songwriter, born and raised in Columbia, SC. At an early age, she began singing in church and winning local talent shows, helping develop her skills for captivating an audience.
Hailing from a family of educators, she attended Howard University for business marketing. Torica always loved school, but deep down she knew music was her calling.
After finishing college, she headed to Atlanta in pursuit of her music dreams,landing a major label feature on the Grammy nominated, Billboard chart-topping hit, Sick of Being Lonely Geffen rap duo, Field Mob produced by Jazze Pha.
Torica has worked with Rick Ross, Monica, Snoop Dogg, Polow Da Don, Nitti Beats, The Clutch, Chris Hicks and countless other industry heavyweights. Her work led to a lucrative publishing deal with Warner Chappell and Grammy award-winning producer Bryan-Michael Cox.
She is currently promoting a lead single aptly titled ‘A Whole Mood’ while preparing the forthcoming release of her new EP bearing the same title featuring production from Squat Beats, Go Grizz, K Major and Pregnant Boy, executive produced by business mogul Dennis McKinley.
