Kim Zolciak and estranged husband Kroy Biermann has just been ordered to live in separate living quarters within their home amid their divorce. Kim is ordered to stay in the basement that includes a nanny suite, while Kroy takes the master bedroom.
They will, however be forced to share their common areas such as the kitchen with each other. In court documents, it states:
“Neither party shall enter the other party’s individually awarded space in the marital residence without permission. Neither parent shall disparage the other parent in the presence of or earshot of the minor children.”
As it has been previously noted, Kroy has been the one to pull the plug on their marriage, citing “irretrievably broken” on the filing, while Kim is fighting for the divorce to be thrown out.
