Things have seemingly taken a turn for the worst between KeKe Palmer and her estranged boyfriend, Darius Jackson. The two were previously on the rocks back when Keke Palmer attended an Usher Las Vegas Residency show where was seen wearing a sheer black outfit that Jackson tweeted his disapproval of.
Now, Palmer has made the motion in Los Angeles court where she has filed for a restraining order against Jackson along with sole custody. In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the documents state that the order is a domestic violence order and says:
“Darius trespassed into my home without my knowledge or consent, threatened me, then physically attacked me — lunging for my neck, striking me, throwing me over the couch, and stealing my phone when I told him I was going to call the police.”
Within those documents included security screenshots of alleged abuse that Palmer stated happened over a course of two years. Palmer also provided footage for an incident that took place on February 13 2022 where she says he “slammed her on the stairs by her neck.”
Palmer further stated in the declaration that there were “many instances of physical violence, including striking and grabbing me around the neck, descriptions of Darius destroying my personal property, including diaries and prescription eyeglasses, throwing my belongings into the street, throwing my car keys to prevent me from driving away, hitting my in front of our son, spewing profanities about me to our son, threatening to kill himself with a gun if I left him, harassment, and other physical and emotional abuse.”
Darius Jackson’s older brother Sarunas Jackson has spoken up to where he spoke of a person being “manipulative, vile, disgusting, and abusive.”

KeKe’s mother, Sharon Palmer also took the time to respond to the news where she responded to Sarunas of his tweet.
He then also commented under The Shade Room’s post of Sharon Palmer’s video where he had more words.
Neither KeKe Palmer nor Darius Jackson have spoken out since the news has gotten out.
