It looks like the feud between Shannon Sharpe and Mike Epps can be considered squashed as the two men posted to Instagram to show that they had met in person. He posted a slide of photos showing that the two got the chance to speak things out at what looked like to be a conference room.
Speaking with IndyStar, Epps also spoke of the meet where he said:
“I said, ‘We’re two Black men. I’m not going to ever hurt you. And you should never want to hurt me,” speaking of the two meeting. “I made a mistake. He accepted my apology and let’s move on.”
He also shared that they are working on his appearance on “Club Shay Shay”
“I’m going to do an interview with him. I don’t know when that’ll be. But we’re talking and we’re trying to figure it out.”
“As promised. No video required. No audio required. Just a picture for proof. We are good 💪🏾” Sharpe wrote to the picture of he and Epps as they posed together.
Epps too posted to his account where he wrote: “Hey everyone this is what it looks like when 2 grown men set a example for our youth and culture #Godisgood”
Shannon Sharpe and Mike Epps previously were feuding after Epps called Sharpe out on stage during his stand-up set. “That n—a Shannon Sharpe called me trying to do an interview, I said ‘no Madea, I ain’t doing no interview with you’ … so you can sit across from me and look at my balls. The n—a s–t is called Shay Shay the n—a is telling you. Put a wig on that motherf–er and tell me if that ain’t motherf–ing Madea’s sister.” Afterward, Sharpe spoke of it calling out Epps where he said:
“Now when I see you, I’m going to see if you really about that,” Sharpe said. “Say my name again… I got something for your a–.”
