It looks like Hazel E Baby’s divorce from ex-husband Devon Waller has been finalized officially as of this month. According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, she will not receive anything in the divorce regarding money and both have reached a global settlement regarding custody, child support, spousal support and the division of property.
The two had been married for two years until Hazel filed for divorce December 2022. The two share their three year old daughter, Ava where Hazel was awarded primary custody of their child and the two will have joint legal custody. Devon was also awarded visitation with his daughter every other weekend, “as long as Defendant maintains suitable accommodations for overnight visitation.”
A judge determined that Waller should pay $165 in child support monthly, but Hazel decided against it. Hazel acquired her previous maiden name back, her company, Girl Code Inc and will be able to claim Ava as a dependent for taxes.
