Rapper BG has finally been released after news a few months back of his upcoming release. He has been released from prison after serving 11 years after being sentenced to 14 years back in 2012.
Birdman had went live on Instagram to share moments that he and BG were reunited and to confirm the news of his release. He had went to prison due to gun possession and witness tampering.
He released his debut album, Choppa City in the Ghetto in 1999. He had eventually parted ways with Cash Money Records in 2001 where he went on to start his own label, Chopper City Records.
